1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using skillansh.com ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

The Website provides information about the Growth Circle 30-day accounting automation program. You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the Website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Digital Products, Courses, Certificates & Educational Disclaimer

The Website describes the Growth Circle 30-Day Accounting Automation Program and the 90-Minute Live Workshop. All training, templates, workflows, and AI prompt frameworks are provided strictly for private skill development and educational purposes. They do not constitute statutory audit, legal, or tax advice. Any Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Completion issued by Skillansh Growth Circle is a private skill-training recognition and is not a university degree, government diploma, or statutory qualification under UGC, AICTE, ICAI, ICSI, or ICMAI. We do not guarantee employment, income, clients, promotions, or specific business outcomes.

4. Pricing & Payment

The 30-Day Accounting Automation Program fee is ₹9,999 (one-time) or two instalments of ₹5,000 and ₹4,999. The 90-Minute Live Workshop has a festive Diwali & Bhai Dooj Shagun fee of ₹51 (open till Bhai Dooj). Payments are accepted via verified Direct UPI to s.giru07-4@oksbi (Payee: Girish / Girish Motiram Shelar).

5. Refunds, Rescheduling & Support

For the 90-Minute Live Workshop, the ₹51 festive Shagun fee is non-refundable, but if a participant misses the scheduled live batch, their registration can be transferred free of cost to the next scheduled workshop batch upon WhatsApp notice. For the 30-Day Program, eligible participants who meet published participation requirements but cannot complete one working workflow may receive up to two additional workflow-review sessions. This is not an unconditional money-back guarantee or cash refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and method frameworks (such as the SMART Accounts Method), is owned by Growth Circle or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Growth Circle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in the program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
